Crossing the Equator on the SS Strathaird submitted by Vic Kass.

I found this snap of myself seeking King Neptune's consent
to cross the equator (on the way from Fremantle to Colombo, April 1953).
As you can see, I was not too thrilled at being shoved at
Neptune. The vat of melted (but cold) ice cream is at the
lower right. I was 9 at the time. Vic Kass Toronto, Ontario. Canada.
